E-AutoSavings will Guarantee these Results:
  • Generate between 40-200 leads per month. Between 2-5% of all users that go to your site will submit their contact information, providing you with a large volume of leads.
  • Between 30-40% of the leads generated will also set an appointment.
  • Between 4-10% of the leads generated, will convert into a deal.
  Here's How it Works:

Phase 1 - Generating Leads and Appointments

  1. When someone visits your website, E-AutoSavings launches a hidden window that is placed behind the user’s current window. So, regardless where your website visitor goes after leaving your website, the last thing they see is your E-AutoSavings Coupon window.

  2. The E-AutoSavings coupon offers the customer an incentive to visit your dealership. The customer is offered a discount off any New or Used vehicle, in return for providing you with their contact information.

  3. After entering their contact information, the user is asked to select the year, make, model, and trim of the vehicle that they are interested in.

  4. Finally, on the last page of the coupon, the user is notified that they can either receive the standard discount amount of say, $150.00, or they can Double Their Discount to $300.00, by scheduling a test drive using the form below.
 

Phase 2 - Converting Leads to Car Deals

  1. Upon completing the coupon process our system will send out a detailed eBrochure to the customer via email. There are two eBrochures to choose from:
    a. eBrochure without Pricing Information
    b. eBrochure with Pricing information
    eBrochures will include:

    a. Information about your dealership
    b. Links for Hours/Directions, Get Pre-approved,Schedule a Test Drive, and Frequently Asked Questions regarding the internet car buying process.
    c. Detailed Vehicle Information
    i. Photo
    ii. Standard Equipment
    iii. Tech Specs
    iv. Warranty
  2. Customers that did not set an appointment through the eBrochure will also receive a test drive email. The test drive email offers the customers an incentive to schedule a test drive using a form directly on that email.

  3. On day 5 each customer will receive an email survey. This survey is used to uncover the customers true buying objections.

  4. Customers that set an appointment will also receive an appointment confirmation email, which allows them to either confirm or reschedule their appointment.
